When I started this blog sometimes in December, my hope was to be an active blogger. That was quickly made impossible by the lack of internet connection at my place. Now that I finally moved, I think I will be able to contribute on a regular basis. I have to admit that I am kind of excited. The hope is that I will soon have enough time to create my own CSS and give my blog a personal look. But I am getting ahead of myself. Gotta take babysteps.

I have been in front of a computer screen a little too much today, I am just going to briefly comment on the weather at Boston. Having lived in rural towns in midwest and northern new york, I was kinda excited to finally see the snow on the ground today. I bet skiers and snowboarders finally had a reason to smile (although they bot probably quickly realized they have to share the fresh poweder with each other). Even though I have never gone skiing or snowboarding, I was happy for all the people in New England who have been waiting impatiently for this day. I was however disappointed to see that roads were not ploughed at all. Sludgy roads are not the best for anyone, especially when pedestrians have to worry about standing in their own two feet while avoiding the potential of getting sprayed by fast moving vehicles on the road. It was rather surprising to see that snow ploughs in the country were better at the task compared to these guys.

I think that’s about it. I better log out and publish this post before the beast (my laptop) overheats and decides to shut down.
